Scope and ordering status

These terms describe dk-media’s proposed hosting service and the current catalog. Ordering is not yet available. Browsing, selecting an app or keeping a configuration link does not create a subscription, authorize payment, activate a trial or deploy an application.

Any future service activation requires a working order flow, complete contractual information and express acceptance of the applicable terms. These pages must be reviewed and completed before they are used to conclude a contract.

What hosting includes

dk-media supplies infrastructure for customers to deploy and run their own applications, with managed deployment and hosting upkeep. The catalog specifies each application or bundle and its monthly price. Streaming products have simultaneous-stream and quality limits.

Customers supply their content, authorized source accounts, configuration choices and any required paid application licenses. dk-media does not supply, curate or manage a film, television, book or other content catalog. Third-party applications may query APIs or indexes containing publicly available data; that does not establish rights to the indexed material.

“Resilient”, “global” and “fully managed” describe the intended infrastructure service, not a contractual uptime percentage, guaranteed latency, fixed geographic placement or a promise that a third-party application cannot fail. Any agreed service level and further resource allocations must be stated before activation. Readarr’s upstream retirement is disclosed separately in the catalog.

Prices and billing periods

Catalog card prices are monthly hosting rates in euro, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is additional. Third-party provider fees, paid application licenses and content are not included unless expressly stated.

Available billing periods and reductions from the monthly rate are 1 month: 0% discount; 3 months: 5% discount; 6 months: 10% discount; 12 months: 20% discount. The discount applies to the full selected term. The term total is rounded once to the nearest euro cent and paid upfront. A displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison, not a monthly charge on a longer-term plan.

Paid subscriptions are intended to renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before their renewal date. Cancelling a longer-term subscription stops its next renewal, not the already-paid term; cancellation does not itself create a prorated refund. Mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

Before any consumer order, dk-media must show the applicable tax-inclusive payable price, selected term, renewal total/date, billing terms and any mandatory charges. This site has no tax calculation or payment integration. The actual renewal date, trial-to-paid behavior and payment terms must be displayed at activation.

A saved configuration reflects the current catalog only. It is not a price lock, reservation or accepted order. Changes to an active contract must follow applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements; they cannot be imposed retrospectively by changing this website.

Seven-day trial

The offered trial period is seven days. Cancelling a trial terminates trial access immediately, rather than keeping it available until the end of those seven days. Trial activation, its precise start/end and any transition to paid service must be explained before activation. No trial starts through this catalog.

The seven-day trial is a commercial offer. It does not replace or shorten any statutory withdrawal period or other mandatory consumer right.

Cancellation and renewal

A paid-subscription cancellation places the subscription in pending-cancel until its renewal date. Access continues through the already-paid period, unless another lawful reason requires restriction. At the renewal date the subscription is not renewed.

A trial cancellation is different: it terminates trial access immediately. A cancellation is not, by itself, a refund request. Use the cancellation channel associated with the subscription once services are available; no cancellation or account-management backend is connected to this website.

Customers should export the data they need before service termination. Data-export, deletion, backup and retention procedures must be specified before activation. Do not rely on an unannounced retention window.

Customer and provider responsibilities

You must have the right to access, host and share material used by your applications and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, No-Piracy Policy and No-Reselling Policy. Publicly available or automatically discovered content is not automatically lawful to use.

Customers remain responsible for their applications, source choices, content and authorized users. To the extent permitted by law, dk-media does not assume responsibility for user content or third-party application behavior. This allocation does not waive dk-media’s own hosting, privacy, security, consumer or other mandatory duties.

Third-party applications, providers, networks, hardware and accounts can cause outages or incompatibilities. No general disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory remedies or obligations owed by dk-media under an applicable contract.

Refunds and statutory rights

The Refund Policy describes a discretionary troubleshooting-based program, not the entirety of your legal remedies. Eligible consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal period of at least 14 calendar days for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions and their legal conditions.

Beginning a trial or accessing an application does not automatically waive withdrawal rights. Any early-performance request or applicable digital-content exception must satisfy the relevant information, express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation requirements. Mandatory conformity rights and other non-waivable remedies remain unaffected.

Law, concerns and updates

Elouarn de Kerros operates from France. These terms are subject to applicable French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under applicable law. Nothing here assigns consumers to an exclusive forum contrary to those rights.

Report unlawful activity through the Abuse page. The support-ticket channel for subscriptions has not yet been connected and must be supplied before activation. Any required consumer-mediation information must also be completed.

Policy changes must be communicated as required by law and the applicable contract. Updating this page alone does not establish customer acceptance of a material change.
